Naylor Association Solutions Announces the Appointment of New CFO Bill Wagner 

MCLEAN, Va. — June 12, 2023 — Naylor Association Solutions, a leading provider of innovative association tools and services that strengthen member engagement and increase non-dues revenue, has announced that Bill Wagner has been appointed as the new CFO of Naylor effective June 12th

Wagner is a seasoned financial professional with a wealth of experience in financial reporting, planning, acquisitions and ultimate exits for companies. With a focus on private high-growth companies, Wagner has consistently demonstrated his ability to motivate business growth and lead finance and accounting functions across various industries, particularly in media and communications. 

Wagner comes to Naylor with over two decades of experience in finance, specializing in private equity-backed middle-market media and broadcasting companies. Wagner spent the last two years as chief financial officer for multiple companies at Aprio CFO Advisory Services. Prior to that, he spent five years as chief financial officer at Heartland Media, LLC, two years as chief financial officer at Consortium Holdings, six years as group controller at New Vision Television, LLC, and two years as director of finance at Fox Entertainment Group (FSN South & Sport South), among other roles.
