Naylor Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: October 28, 2025

Our Commitment

We believe in inclusive digital experiences. Naylor is committed to making our website, products, and services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, achieving Level A at minimum and working toward Level AA compliance.

Scope & status

  • This statement applies to www.naylor.com and associated digital products and platforms under our control (including portals, dashboards, and client-facing modules).
  • While we aim for full compliance, some content or third-party components may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion. In such cases, we are actively working on remediation.
  • We conduct both automated and manual accessibility testing, including functional testing with keyboard navigation, screen readers, and other assistive technologies, to validate compliance and identify gaps.

Accessibility features & practices

We implement the following to promote accessibility:

  1. Keyboard navigation — All functionality is accessible via keyboard without trap loops
  2. Focus indicators & logical tab order — Visible focus, consistent ordering of interactive elements
  3. Semantic markup & heading structure — Proper use of heading levels (h1 → h2 → etc.)
  4. Alt text / image descriptions — Meaningful alt attributes or descriptions for non-decorative images
  5. Color contrast & readable text — Text and interface elements meet minimum contrast ratios
  6. Resizable text & responsive layout — Text can be resized without loss of content or functionality
  7. Forms and labels — All form controls have associated labels, instructions, and error messaging
  8. Multimedia alternatives — Captions, transcripts, and audio descriptions (as applicable)
  9. Time limits — Where timed content or sessions exist, users are given adequate time or the option to extend
  10. Clear link labels — Links describe their destination or action, not generic “click here”
  11. Error identification & recovery — Errors are clearly flagged, described, and recoverable
  12. Compatibility & robustness — The site works with current assistive technologies and follows HTML standards

Third-party content & exceptions

  • Some content or modules are delivered via third-party services or embeds (e.g. video players, maps, social widgets) which may not fully meet WCAG standards. We evaluate and work with vendors to remediate issues where possible.
  • Some legacy or archived content may not yet fully conform. We review and prioritize remediation based on impact and usage.

Feedback & reporting issues

If you experience any difficulty accessing content, or wish to request information in an alternative format, please contact our Accessibility Coordinator:

We aim to respond to feedback within 3 business days and to remedy confirmed issues as promptly as possible.

Continuous improvement & updates

  • We periodically review and update this statement and our accessibility practices to reflect changes in technology, guidelines, and user feedback.
  • We maintain an internal accessibility roadmap and audit schedule to ensure steady progress toward full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

Governance & oversight

  • Our digital product and development teams incorporate accessibility into design, QA, and release cycles.
  • We allocate resources for training, audits, and remediations.
  • Accessibility responsibilities are assigned to a designated team or officer to ensure accountability.
