Your Privacy Choices: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

As a resident of California, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), “sharing” is broadly defined and includes the use of cookies and similar technologies to deliver targeted advertising based on your activity across different websites.

Naylor uses advertising cookies to help us measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and show you relevant ads. You can opt out of this activity at any time using the tools below.

How to Opt-Out

There are two primary ways you can control the sharing of your data for targeted advertising:

  1. Using Our Cookie Preferences Manager
This tool gives you direct control over the cookies used on our site. To opt out of the sharing of your data, go to the bottom left corner of the page, click on the floating blue cookie icon. Please ensure the “Advertising (Marketing) Cookies”category is toggled off and save your preferences.

  1. Using the Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If you use a browser or browser extension that supports GPC, you can enable it to automatically broadcast your opt-out preference to every website you visit, including ours. We will recognize this as a valid request to opt out.

Non-Cookie Based Sharing
Naylor’s use of “sharing” is limited to the advertising cookies and tracking technologies described above. We do not sell or share other personal information, such as your name or email address, with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
