What were the most popular technology topics for associations in 2011?

We took a moment to reflect on Association Adviser’s most frequently read information technology columns during the past 12 months. The rankings show that associations are increasingly under pressure to find innovative ways to connect with members wherever they are, whenever they want it and on a dizzying array of communication platforms.

At the same time, associations have to be sure they’re not overloading members while they learn how to write more effectively for the small-screen web environment. They also want to stay on top of the plethora of social, mobile, apps and data storage tools their members and staffs are depending on them to provide.
