WASHINGTON – With the addition of SurveyMonkey to its list of integrations, the Naylor Marketplace now offers associations the ability to streamline their data flow by connecting their online career centers or association management software directly with their online surveys. SurveyMonkey is the first integration in the Marketplace’s survey channel.

“More than 80 percent of our association clients told us they use SurveyMonkey to better understand their members’ preferences and to solicit feedback about their association programs,” said Tom Aley, group vice president for Naylor’s SaaS group. “Connecting SurveyMonkey to our AMS and Boxwood job board platforms was a natural choice,” he continued.

This Naylor Marketplace integration allows any dataset to be used as a survey mailing list while eliminating the extra, manual steps of exporting career center or AMS contacts and importing them into SurveyMonkey. An association that uses SurveyMonkey to engage their audience, for example, no longer has to log in to their Naylor career center or AMS solution, export their contacts, and upload the files to Survey Monkey. Association staffs can simply generate an export of chosen data fields. The Marketplace-SurveyMonkey integration pushes the data directly into SurveyMonkey, seamlessly complementing a survey campaign.

Additional uses of this integration include:

  • Surveying employers about their experience using a career center.
  • Soliciting post-event feedback.
  • Contacting newly registered job seekers to poll their interest in upcoming association education sessions.
  • Obtaining stakeholder input for upcoming events.
  • Gauging job seeker and employer interest in attending an online career fair.

SurveyMonkey offers more than 21 integrations with popular software systems and online platforms, including MailChimp, another integration offered in the Naylor Marketplace.
