WASHINGTON – The National Apartment Association (NAA) has selected Naylor Association Solutions as its newest event, sponsorship and media sales partner. Effective July 1, Naylor is the acting sales agent for units Magazine and five of its member newsletters, as well as NAA’s website advertising sales. Naylor will manage sponsorships and exhibit sales for three of NAA’s largest shows beginning in October.

“The National Apartment Association does a great job of advocating for quality rental housing in the U.S. and supporting more than 75,000 member professionals who work in the rental housing industry and its affiliated industries,” said Alex DeBarr, president and CEO for Naylor. “We’re excited to inject fresh ideas and expertise into their events and member communications that will help NAA deliver an ever-improving membership experience while also driving significant non-dues revenue.”

Naylor will be engaged in sponsorship and exhibit sales for NAA’s three largest shows, Apartmentalize, Maximize and CampusConnex, beginning with Maximize in October. The Maximize Conference showcases industry-leading speakers and sessions that help housing professionals manage assets and create long-term value. CampusConnex is dedicated to bringing together student housing professionals and businesses. NAA’s signature show, Apartmentalize, attracts close to 10,000 attendees annually. This year’s show in San Diego included 110,000 square feet of exhibit space that featured 500 exhibitors serving the rental housing industry.

“These shows are invaluable opportunities for members to establish and solidify relationships with companies that work hard to improve rental housing life,” said John Gallagher, group vice president for events. “Our team has already begun planning for the renewal and expansion of sponsorships and exhibit space at next year’s shows. We’re excited to start implementing our plan for making these face-to-face interactions more valuable and profitable for NAA and its members,” he continued.

units Magazine is NAA’s award-winning publication that is the most-read magazine in the apartment housing industry. Each issue covers all aspects of residential property management and is read by an estimated 255,000 people. Naylor will manage advertising sales for this publication.

NAA’s member newsletters provide up-to-date information that apartment housing staffs rely on to run their businesses efficiently. Naylor will coordinate advertising sales for the weekly Industry Insider and the monthly Marketing Buzz, Apartment Technology, CampusConnex, and Operations Insights newsletters, which reach a combined audience of more than 100,000 professionals. Naylor will also manage sales on NAA’s Partner Perspectives, a periodic newsletter showcase of industry suppliers.
