McLEAN, Va. – Naylor Association Solutions is excited to announce a partnership with Gravitate Solutions, a member-industry and data analytics company, to empower mutual clients to more easily bring valuable member data from their Naylor-provided online career centers into Gravitate’s Nucleus Data Analytics solution. The two platforms will connect through an open API integration available via the Naylor Marketplace, the online app store for Naylor’s career center and association management software technologies.

“Including Nucleus in the Naylor Marketplace was a no-brainer,” said Tom Aley, group vice president at Naylor Association Solutions. “It not only supports Naylor’s mission to make software integration easier for associations, but will allow more of our clients to reach into the untapped potential of job board data to drive engagement and revenue. We’ve only scratched the surface of better member engagement strategy with this integration, and we’re excited to work with the team at Gravitate Solutions.”

Over the last decade, association professionals have recognized the need to answer their most pressing business questions using a data-driven approach. Gravitate’s Nucleus data analytics platform will help associations using a Naylor career center gain deeper insight into how members, job seekers and employers engage with their association’s career center resources, and how an association can better tailor those resources to meet the career development needs of their membership.

Embedded in the capabilities of Nucleus are essential analysis features for forward-thinking associations including member engagement scoring, predictive revenue and member retention forecasting, and semantic and sentiment analysis. By blending all of an association’s data sources together, Nucleus helps organizations understand their members better and make decisions with confidence.

“Naylor is an important and respected player in the association space,” said Gravitate Solutions’ Chief Revenue Officer Rob Miller. “This partnership extends our Nucleus offering into another market segment that needs effective data analytics capabilities. Both organizations want to make it easy for associations to better understand and serve their members by pulling together member data from all possible sources – including the Naylor suite of solutions – and this partnership actively supports that goal.”
