McLEAN, Va. — For the third consecutive year, the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) has conferred multiple MarCom Awards to outstanding magazines published by Naylor Association Solutions. For its 2020 cycle, Gold MarCom Awards have been bestowed upon publications belonging to the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) New York Metro, the British Columbia Society of Landscape Architects, the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (Big “I”), and the International Carwash Association.

“Congratulations to our four association partners and the teams involved in writing, editing, designing, and producing these outstanding magazines,” said Sarah Sain, CAE, director of content for Naylor. “Our primary goal with every publication is to produce an informative, visually compelling communications piece that members enjoy reading and sharing. Winning awards like these reinforces that the work we do on behalf of our associations is valuable, and it motivates our teams to push our standards even higher,” she continued.

The Naylor publications honored include:

  • DESIGN (ASID New York Metro) – Published quarterly, this magazine promotes the value of interior design and communicates the impact of design on the human experience.
  • Sitelines (British Columbia Society of Landscape Architects) – Each semi-annual issue serves as a forum for British Columbian landscape architects to exchange ideas that evolve the profession and increase the relevance of landscape architecture.
  • Independent Agent (“Big I”) – For more than 125 years, this monthly magazine has empowered independent insurance agents across the U.S. with industry information and tools that give them a sustainable competitive advantage in the insurance marketplace.
  • CAR WASH Magazine (International Carwash Association) – The preferred source of information for car wash business leaders is published quarterly to provide timely updates about business regulations and industry trends.

MarCom Awards honors excellence in marketing and communication while recognizing the creativity, hard work and generosity of industry professionals. Since its inception in 2004, MarCom has evolved into one of the largest, most-respected creative competitions in the world. Each year about 6,000 print and digital entries are submitted from dozens of countries.

MarCom Awards are administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). The international organization, founded in 1995, consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, digital and web professionals. AMCP administers recognition programs, provides judges, and rewards outstanding achievement and service to the community. Entrants are not charged entry fees for work they perform pro bono for nonprofits. In the past few years alone, AMCP has contributed more than $250,000 to charitable causes.
