Free for up to 30 seconds, or $30 per year for the full version.<\/li>\n<li>Videolicious: Voice-over Video. Pick clips on your phone while talking through them for the voice-over portion.<\/li>\n<li>Magisto: Instant video. Does not include any editing tools, the app mixes the clips itself.<\/li>\n<li>iMovie: Video templates<\/li>\n<li>PowToon: Stop-motion video. Drag and drop set-up, with a higher learning curve.
