As we mark our fourth anniversary of publication this month, we thought we\u2019d take the pulse of Association Adviser readers to see what surprised them the most over the past year.<\/p>\n

This month\u2019s unscientific poll is still in its early stages, but it looks like roughly one in three respondents (33 percent) were most surprised by a non-dues revenue trend, 17 percent were most surprised by a sharp rise (or fall) in membership and another one in six (17 percent) said they were most surprised by something on the communication front.<\/p>\n

Again, these results are still preliminary, but they seem to align with the stories that racked up the most pages views on our website Association Adviser.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n
