Please note that the Naylor Association Solutions’ User Conference scheduled for Oct. 13-14, 2016 at the Renaissance Dupont Circle Hotel has been postponed until 2017. Further details will be shared when this conference is rescheduled. If you have already registered, payment will be refunded. Registrations are processed in the order they are received. The pre-registration deadline is October 3, 2016. To receive confirmation of registration, an email address must be provided and a confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact customer service at (703) 934-5514 or e-mail ConnectionsReg@naylor.com.

Cancellation of any conference registrations will be subject to a $35 processing fee. Substitutions will be allowed but must be received prior to October 3, 2016. After this date, any substitutions will be handled on-site at the Naylor User Conference Registration Desk. Please bring a copy of your registration confirmation letter on-site. New registrations or registrations cancelled after September 16, 2016 are non-refundable.
To receive a refund for payment of registration fees, notification must be received in writing to ConnectionsReg@naylor.com no later than September 16, 2016.
Group discounts are available. Groups of four or more are eligible to buy three registrations and get one registration for free. All attendees must be from the same organization. To take advantage of the group rate, please email ConnectionsReg@naylor.com with the name of your organization and the names and email addresses of attending members.
There will be a photographer at this event. Any photos taken at the event may be used for marketing related purposes, and you may be asked to sign a waiver at the Naylor registration desk.
