New website and new D.C.-area office propels product and staff integration at Naylor Association Solutions

Move enables deeper integration of product, sales, marketing and account management for Naylor’s content, communications, career, association management software, event management, online learning and association management solutions.

McLEAN, Virginia. — Naylor Association Solutions, the leading provider of member engagement and revenue solutions for the North American association marketplace, has consolidated its three northern Virginia offices into a new location in Tysons Corner, VA.  The three previously separate offices were the result of Naylor’s prior acquisitions of Convention Management Group (2008), Boxwood Technology (2014) and Timberlake Membership Software (2015).

“We are building a unique network of offerings designed to help associations improve the quality of their engagement with members, generate non-dues revenue and more than anything, succeed in their stated mission,” said Alex DeBarr, president & CEO of Naylor. “By bringing these businesses together under one roof we are better able to integrate our staff, products and solution approaches for associations.  Naylor has a unique vantage point that helps associations to see cross-organization opportunities that they may not otherwise see on their own or through multiple vendors,” continued DeBarr.

The new office facility spans the entire sixth floor of the 1430 Spring Hill Road building in the Tysons Dulles Plaza office complex, directly overlooking U.S. Route 267, and features Naylor signage prominently overlooking the Dulles Toll Road.  A full new build-out, the office was designed by BLDG, Inc. of Washington, DC and construction was managed by Winmar, also of Washington, DC.  Naylor worked with the Washington, DC office of Cresa which brokered the new location and subleasing of Naylor’s prior northern Virginia locations.

“We couldn’t be happier with our new location,“ said DeBarr.  It provides a great environment for our employees, invites better collaboration between business units, and has already proven to be an ideal venue for meeting with associations.  This is a significant move for us.  It brings us much closer physically to our hundreds of DC-area associations and is convenient to both the Reagan and Dulles airports for visiting managers and associations.”

Naylor planned the introduction of its new website to align with its move into the new space.  “The new website consolidates the Naylor suite of services on one digital platform,” stated Dave Bornmann, VP, Marketing for Naylor.  As more and more Naylor customers are seeing the value of working with us across multiple business lines we knew it was important to help our site visitors discover that value, too,” concluded Bornmann.

“Our job is to help build strong associations and our new location really improves our ability to do that,” continued DeBarr.  “It’s fun to see our teams already working closely together on our integrated solution set.

Naylor acquired WJ Weiser & Associates, a provider of association management solutions, in July 2015; AMS supplier Timberlake Membership Solutions earlier this year and leading job board and career services provider Boxwood Technology in 2014. In May 2015, Naylor acquired the exclusive North American distribution rights to Blue Sky Broadcast’s suite of online learning solutions.  In the past 12 months Naylor has also introduced new video, content consulting, event consulting and an updated print/digital buyers’ guide offerings exclusively for trade and professional associations.
